Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in each project proposal. A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables, including design files, source code, and content created specifically for the project. WebStructurePro reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

Project Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revisions must be communicated in writing within 14 days of deliverable submission.

Limitation of Liability

WebStructurePro's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered within 14 days of project milestone delivery or final project completion. To be eligible, the client must provide written notice detailing the reasons for the refund request and demonstrate that the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the accepted project proposal.

Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, WebStructurePro will review the claim within 5 business days. If the request is approved, a partial or full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the delivered work meets the agreed specifications, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

Deposits paid to secure project scheduling are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work completed and approved at any milestone is non-refundable. Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as domain purchases, hosting fees, or premium software licenses) are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malaga, Spain.
